HRD25 – 25ft Stainless Steel Telescoping Vertical Antenna
designed for vertical use only, 30m-6m. 2m seems to tune up with the antenna collapsed.
The HRD25 is finally here! This 25-foot (7.6m) stainless steel vertical antenna is the result of a personal challenge to make a lightweight, rugged, and simple solution for portable HF verticals. It’s built for performance, packs down to just 27".
Although I said for vertical use, these antennas currently are being tested up to 20m in a v shape - youtu.be/oFZFt0vMgAM

While no fault with seller, the package was delayed for about a week rolling around in the distribution facility in Chicago before it finally found its way out west.
The Whip itself appears to be well made and comparable to those of Chameleon, Alpha Antenna, et all.
The item was as described and reasonably priced.
