About this video

Retevis contacted me and asked me to review this GMRS radio, the RB23. One problem: The FCC ID does not yet exist in the FCC Database, which means the radio is not certified to be used on GMRS. It may be that the radio is in testing for certification, but until then, I needed a solution..... hack it for 70CM ham radio.

There is also a solution in here to your Narrowband/Wideband issues (Since the software locked down the radio to narrowband)

Files needed: pastebin.com/SRqpujyR Copy the file and save the text as a .dat file. I used "working4.dat" in this video.
